My name is Abel. For as long as I can remember I was an only child. I'm pretty sure that if I had any siblings my parents would have told me. I live at a boarding school called the Academy of Evil. My favorite class is ancient magic. My teacher Professor Chester says that I have a talent for ice spells. I'm his favorite student and top of my class. Life was going pretty good for me.

One day Professor Chester disappeared. No one knows what happened to him. He just..... vanished, without a trace. Then a new ancient magic teacher came to the Evil Academy. Professor N. Igma. An albino. What's really weird is he has the same last name as me. At first I thought it was just a coincidence. After all, lots of people have the same names. But this guy... he kinda does look like me. Only with white hair.

I thought things would just progress as normal and life would go on, but that wasn't so. My life was starting to turn into a living hell.

The new ancient magic teacher singled me out. He seems angry at me. I don't know what his problem is but he's always trying to give me detention or bad grades and he insults me in front of the class for no reason. I've never met him before but he really seems to hate me.

Finally after a few weeks I just couldn't take it anymore and confronted Professor N. Igma after class. He asked me if I know who he is. When I told him that I've never met him before, he said that he's my older brother! When I told him that I don't have a brother, that I'm an only child he got mad. He started ranting about how "our" parents abandoned him after I was born. I thought talking to the teacher would resolve things, but it only made it worse. He just ended up getting more infuriated.

I called my parents and asked them about it, but they said they never had any other kids besides me. That I'm their only child.

I figured I'd just drop the whole thing and try to ignore Professor N. Igma as much as possible, but he tried to kill me! Last night he attacked me in my room a few hours after curfew! Thankfully I hadn't gone to sleep yet so I was ready when he came in thru the window. He tried to attack me with his fire magic, but I used my Ice Blade technique and slashed him pretty good in the chest. When the other students woke up from the noise he ran off.

No one believes me that Professor N. Igma tried to kill me since there was no evidence. And when asked about the slash on his chest N. Igma says it was from one of the monsters he keeps.

Life was going fine until the new ancient magic teacher came. Now my life is like a living hell, and I feel like things are only going to keep getting worse....

To Necros' parents he was completely useless. Because he was an albino he had to stay indoors hidden in darkness. So once they had a second child who was normal they didn't want Necros anymore and abandoned him at the shores of the Academy of Evil.

Necros meeting his little brother after so many years reopens old wounds that he can't deal with. If given the chance he'd kill his family.

Abel is the exact opposite of Necros. One conjures fire while the other forms blades of ice from his hands. In appearance they look very simular, but Abel has black hair and blue eyes. Abel is popular, social, talented, successful and girls like him. Basically everything Necros wishes he could be. And it stings Necros in a why that makes him hate Abel even more. ^_^

Why does Necros hate his younger brother?
Necros believes if Abel was never born then his parents would not have abandoned him.

Does Abel know Necros is his older brother?
No. His parents tell him he's an only child. They deny Necros as their son. (but Abel is starting to believe Necros is right about being his brother)

Why is Necros willing to kill his family rather than let it go and move on with life?
It was bad enough that he was abandoned, but the fact that his parents go so far as to actually deny he's their son hurts him painfully. (it adds insult to injury)

Why did Abel's parents send him to the Academy of Evil? The same school as Necros?
They never would have imaginced that Necros would come back to the school as a teacher. (Necros had already graduated by the time Abel came)
